Laura began practicing yoga on a regular bases since 1997 but it’s been apart of her life since she was a child. Her mom was a yoga instructor and Laura read her moms books and practiced postures as young a 8 years old.
She found her yoga home at Village Yoga Center in the Central Valley of California. Where she settled in for a 500hr training spread out over two years. She then opened her own studio closer to home and taught community classes as well. Yoga has called her rather then her seeking it. She believes that yoga truly is for everyone!
Some come to the mat to pray, some to escape, some to heal and some to exercise. We all benefit from the community it brings. She believes we all learn from each other and without the all learn from each other and without the student there is no teacher.
