Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years. My practice has helped me become stronger, healthier, and more flexible, physically, mentally, and in all other aspects of my life. Yoga inspires me to be the best version of myself, every day.
I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Honest Yoga, in Burlington, Vermont, and my 500 hour Hatha Advanced training with Gyan Yog Breath, in Rishikesh, India. While in India, I trained under Swami Bipin Kumar on Emotional Blockage Work through the use of pressure points.
For me, yoga is a continuos learning experience, allowing me to discover more about myself, within the depth of my personal practice, and I want to guide you through your own self-discovery.
In my teaching, I love to address my students’ practice needs through creative and fun sequences, with careful attention to alignment and individual skill level. Yoga has brought the balance and wellness I was seeking, so it is important to me that I help you discover how yoga can do the same for you.
The style of yoga and sequence for each class depend on my student/s skills and needs, making my classes very adaptable, to ensure that everyone will leave the mat feeling refreshed, balanced, and stronger.
