At age four Noelle started ballet lessons. From then on, fitness has been an integral part of her life. She has practiced many forms of dance, ballet in particular, for over thirty years.
During her first year at college she had a brief break in ballet and filled that extra time with yoga and Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the positive energy that yoga brought to her life. She also found yoga assisted with her flexibility, balance, and strength; key elements of dance.
Since 2002 Noelle has been a practitioner of many variations of yoga, from Bikram to Ashtanga. In 2016, she graduated from the college of Purna yoga with her 200-hour certification to teach alignment-based yoga.
